Modded Game crashes when i move on the map

Summary: i can load in just fine, with or without mods, but when i move for like 2 seconds, i crash, im next to a city, i can get in and out just fine, but when i move a bit further, i crash with a crash report. Ive tried to remove /bin folder and verify files, didnt help, start without mods, didnt help.
How to Reproduce: move around
Have you used cheats and if so which: some mods for XP

i tried loading an old save and it worked just fine so i saved the game so it would make a new save, and restarted the game, loaded the new save (that was just the old save but saved today) and it started crashing again ??
